I will not attempt to use stolen or fraudulent credit card numbers. Credit Card fraud is a serious crime, we will find you if you try to use a stolen or fraudulent card number and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. We record your IP address as one of many safeguards that we take to identify the computer you are on. Remember, your ISP has a complete record of everywhere you go. Any IP address can be traced to it's owner. We then contact the ISP System Administrator and find out exactly who you are. It's simply not worth your time or effort to use a fraudulent card. We will catch you.
I understand that if I give out my password to anyone else that my membership will be terminated. As stated above if I am caught giving out my password, I agree to pay the administrator of the site no less than $5,000 American dollars in damages.
I understand for convenience reasons for members that wish to see updates and future web cast and streaming video and audio, that action web designs have incorporated an automatic rebill cycle according to your payment options of either one or multiple month cycles. To discontinue your membership and further billing you must e-mail the webmaster and request for your account to be terminated at least five business days prior to rebill date.
Subscription fees are nonrefundable.
Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the terms hereof, Subscriber hereby authorizes the "Service" to charge subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the cost of membership. Subscriber hereby further authorizes the "service" to charge Subscriber's credit card or checking account (or other approved facility) for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment provided by B&A Web Productions.
Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform B&A Web Productions of the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a password. Until B&A Web Productions is notified, by e-mail or by snail mail, of breach of security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Services. Upon request, Subscribers will be given access to billing records that support charges for use of the services.
Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either B&A Web Productions or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. When termination is requested by a member, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Services is through a password. Each subscriber must keep their password strictly confidential. Remember your password!
B&A Web Productions retains the rights to offer lower monthly prices to new members for an introductory period as a special incentive program then rebill at the present advertised monthly rate.
All original material displayed on this Service is copyrighted by B&A Web Productions and may not be copied, redistributed or downloaded, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of B&A Web Productions, unless otherwise clearly stated in this agreement.
If I use these services in violation of the above agreement, I understand that I may be in violation of the terms and conditions of this site as well as state, local, and federal laws and am solely responsible for my actions. By entering from this page, or by logging on to the following pages in any other way, I will have released and discharged the providers, owners, and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise. Bookmarking to a page on this server/site whereby any warning page is bypassed shall constitute and implicit acceptance of the foregoing terms herein set forth.
